I was looking for a pad thick enough to wear with an unpadded nursing bra without showing all the wrinkles that normally occur with a nursing bra. other toppings. That does the trick! I understand why some wouldn't find the fabric soft enough if they are very sensitive - it's not a smooth synthetic material but it's soft enough for me, especially as I use coconut oil on dry, cracked skin. The pads look very natural and are completely invisible when placed in an unpadded bra so I was happy with them.
