Review on Trudeau Vinegar Bottle 3 Inch Applicable by Holly Bell

I bought this device because I wanted something nicer than an olive oil bottle so I didn't have to open the bottle with both hands. While I like the look of the device, keep in mind that the metal top is made of plastic. It looks decent enough and is solid enough, but upon closer inspection it doesn't pass for brushed nickel or stainless steel. Initially I had issues noted in other reviews with oil and/or vinegar leaking when pouring but with a silicone seal. which is nested above seems to have solved most of my problems. When testing the seals I found that a small amount of oil still leaks from the cap (not through both grommets) when held upside down for more than 20-30 seconds. As the problem is unlikely to occur during normal use, I don't mind. It takes some getting used to that pressing the "Oil" button doesn't open the valve to let the oil flow out. , but simply pinches off the vinegar. Pressing the vinegar button works in reverse. I would have liked a closed system that prevented any air circulation inside the bottle, but if you're such an avid olive oil fan then you've probably been looking for something else. All in all it's a decent device that looks and performs adequately at a good price, but don't expect to see it on a fancy restaurant table any time soon. switched off during use. I will not buy again.
