I ordered this printer on Saturday and received it Monday morning. It was very easy to set up, the printer driver loaded from the flash drive exactly as it should and it worked exactly as it should. I have a pirate ship account and had to send out 512 t-shirts, one to each student who attended our event. I loaded the names and addresses into Pirate Ship and bought shipping labels. After 6 weeks, it started to print labels without many letters and misprints in many areas, which is a problem for labels and barcodes. I might have gotten a defective one, but I was also annoyed that the return window had already closed in just a month. I contacted support but the troubleshooting steps did not help. Assuming it worked flawlessly for 6 weeks. it was a waste of money. Get a more expensive one with good support and a longer return period if it doesn't work!

Let me start by saying that LabelRange's support is great. I emailed them 4 times about the purchase and my dissatisfaction with the previous purchase. They always responded within a few hours and were very polite and concise (although they are most likely based in China). + for that. This 300 dpi device is exactly what you need if you're making a serious Ebay/Revain volume. The print quality is MUCH, MUCH better than the LP320 (which is practically useless) and it gets the job done flawlessly.

I wrote a review about it but for some reason I can't find it. First, it's not 300 DPI. So no, it's not better than other brands, it's the same. At least it's cheaper, but that's false advertising. Almost as good quality as Dymo. cheaper. Definitely better quality than most other thermal post printers. This printer doesn't print as darkly on thermal foils as the Dymo when tested on the same sheets of labels, and it's missing a few pixels that appear on the square grid.
