After the nightmare I had with another (more expensive) printer, this item is AMAZING. Extremely easy to use, easy to set up, print quality is impeccable. And I can't stress enough how easy it is to set up. Inevitably it will take me longer to write this review than it will to set up this printer. Comes with a nice little flash drive with all the files you need plus useful extras like printable test labels, setup instructions, troubleshooting and tips and tricks. In less than 10 minutes I opened the box, assembled everything, installed the drivers and printed 4 labels. Works great with Pirateship, Etsy, and PDFs! so realistically you can use this with any service as long as you can print to pdf. It makes a little more noise than the other, but I don't plan on printing labels late at night while everyone is sleeping. And if it does, the label printer isn't the loudest noise in the room. never mind 100% recommend this printer. (For anyone wondering, I have a Windows 10 PC)
