Although the Kiniza 450 Piece Earring Backs Kit is most likely intended for private jewelers, I ordered it because I have several earrings that require backs. As expected, the backs of the earrings matched my earrings perfectly which were missing the original backs. The back stayed in place while I wore the earrings. The little organizer keeps each style separate and snaps securely into place so I don't have a lot of clutter on my dresser. I am very satisfied with this product.
