Review on Niche Cubo Space-Saving Half Size Storage Cube, 1 Unit - Truffle by Donald Vargas

Read the reviews, really. I've seen several 3 star reviews mentioning the staggered holes on some units and that despite the 'tool free' design a rubber mallet is REQUIRED for assembly. I still took the risk. This adventure did not pay off. None of the side pieces fit either the top or bottom board no matter how I flipped or rotated them. The holes were either misaligned or too small for a metal pin! Half (4 out of 8) of the green plastic pins also had alignment/depth issues. The back fitted well and I was able to snap it into place without tools. So Niche might get it right if they try. It looks like they decided it was "close enough" and escalated the issue to customers instead of fixing it.
