Review on 🔥 Godox X2T-N TTL Wireless Flash Trigger: Enhanced Connectivity, High-Speed Sync, Improved Controls by David Elam

This Godox radio trigger does exactly what it's supposed to do. I am an amateur photographer and take good care of my gear and this trigger system has performed well over the past 6 months. I shoot with a Nikon D850 and have used this system with a Nikon SB700 flash as well as other Neewer flashes and never had a major problem. I sometimes lose a frame due to signal loss (I believe the receivers go to sleep after a few minutes), but simply pressing the test button on the transmitter wakes them up and solves the problem. These devices support TTL recording and are fairly accurate in most cases. However, taking multiple images of the same scene (in a darkened studio environment) can sometimes result in slightly different exposures. Since I only see the problem when using Godox triggers and not when using other cameras or flashes, I have to assume that Godox triggers are responsible for the variation. And while it can be a little annoying, the exposure never shifts more than 1/2 stop or so. These Godox triggers are reliable, durable and well worth the limited investment. This is part of the cost of other triggers. I owned Pocketwizards for several years and sold them as soon as I had the opportunity to test the Godox system. The pocket magicians were more consistent, and if I were a professional photographer making a living with a camera, I might keep it. But I traded Godox triggers (new) for Pocketwizards (used) in a nearly equal exchange and the Godox system does TTL but Pocketwizards doesn't. Easy!
