When I first opened up these lights and pressed the TRY button I wasn't happy at all, they were so dim I thought I would them return I immediately decided to connect them to real 12V. deliver and was very glad I did. Wow, they are always bright. My job requires a lot of work on the street and during the day it needs a very bright light to be visible. I've found over the years that 90w strobe lights are the lowest output you can actually see. This is my first attempt at switching to LEDs. I get a new truck in 01-2016. I find these headlights to be almost as bright as the 90 watt bulbs I've used. The only gripe with this kit is the inability to make changes to the speed of the flash pattern, but considering the kit costs less than 1 replacement flash, that's not such a bad complaint. They are worth their price!
