The ease of use, it integrates with all our POS systems including Sage X3 which allows us to run reports etc quickly without having access via terminal or cpc code entry through website! This was not easy at first but once we got it figured out in about 5 minutes - everything has been seamless since then!! They are also constantly updating their application so its very current as well (which really doesnt happen that often w/ other companies). The ease of use, customer service, availability to support when needed. Nothing in particular that I dislike about ready as it's very easy to implement and they are always willing to help you out with any questions or issues you may have. Take advantage of their free demo! It will give you an idea of how quick and simple this system can be set up. We were able to accept credit cards without having to hire another processor and we also got more control over our sales tax than other processors offered us.
