Oct. 18, 2022 At the Samsung store in the Nevsky Center mall, I made a purchase. A forced reboot using the "volume down" and "lock" keys was necessary because the phone could not reboot itself using the reset button because it did not respond to pressing this or other buttons starting on October 21, 2022, when using applications. The lock screen would also repeatedly turn on and off on its own. The phone always becomes hotter in the upper portion of the case when you're talking on the phone, and there have been times when we couldn't hear each other or the other party until the phone was restarted. Hence, the SIM card is not the issue. This connectivity issue doesn't exist with other devices. He simply stops replying, so I have to restart the phone several times a day in order to use it. According to the operational guidelines, the phone has been utilized. Also, I had returned this phone to the shop on October 29, 2022, for diagnostics. and on November 5, 2022, after checking it out and returning it to its default settings. In spite of the fact that the 15 days for quality control had not yet passed, I was refused a refund and given a smartphone in exchange. The reason given was that after the system had been reset, no issues had been noticed with how it operated. In fact, there are almost no operational issues when the phone is "empty," meaning that there are no programs installed on it. But, the phone was not purchased with the intention of solely using the call and SMS functionalities and not installing any more programs. When installing even the most basic programs, the phone frequently stalls, malfunctions, and is unable to carry out even the most basic tasks, like making calls. When this item was sent over for a second inspection and left in the service for a month, the outcome was exactly the same. We unintentionally purchased the same phones within 3 days, in various regions of the country, and the issues are the exact same. I really do not advise purchasing!
