Your service suddenly turned out to be crap

My resistance is fine! I can't believe your website keeps trying to sell me a connector and wire harness that won't fit in a large caravan! Did you hire someone from paypal? I have the same problem with them. I see a resistor for $10 and swap it for a matching one and they try to sell me the wrong one for $36. What's going on here?
