CONS: On arrival the small clip that attaches to the Xbox is cut off but does not affect the product. Pros: I left the setting switch in the (ON) position to cool my Xbox, works fine, this is NOT a product, it's my Xbox that overheats on AUTO settings, maybe the fan could be a little faster? Maybe then the AUTO detection will work, but what can I say. GENERAL the product is AMAZING for its price, I was NOT dissatisfied, just recommend leaving the switch on and you will be fine with the overheating problem, it also has space for your OPTICAL cable next to the USB input for ASTRO headsets UPDATE 5/16/19, been using the product for a month and a half now, commenting on the reviews how it makes a squeaky noise for the first minute or so after warming up, TRUE maybe the bears need more lube to build the family. I may need to take a closer look and see if I can put some grease or oil on part of the fan, it generally shuts down after it's been running for a minute or so. Still good for the price
