The graphics card for my refurbished computer is just a little better than the Intel graphics. This card is very dated, but the performance requirements are perfect for my HP 8300 Elite (8GB RAM, i5 CPU, 240W PSU). I paid nearly double the usual $70 bet because I ran out of chips. This graphics card is good for gaming, according to some gaming sites it plays about 46% of games. This card supports 4k if you have a 4k TV or monitor. I mainly use it for netfix, cable providers etc and the picture quality is excellent. Overall I am happy with this card. I really see no point in paying more for a graphics card than a computer (150). I play several Baulders Gate, Raid games and they work without any problems. I didn't expect to get a low profile adapter plate. One for hdmi, dvi was there, one for vga - no, they were already there.
