I'm not sure if it works scientifically, but it certainly works. Basically, as soon as he emerges, he smells like he's just outside after a rain shower. I have mine in a smelly garden situation and it definitely helps. I have a 15 minute timer every hour. I've heard various things about the possible dangers of breathing ozone such as: B. Lung irritation. I personally haven't noticed these things, but if I need to be around him for a long time I just reset the timer and turn him off to be on the safe side. I also use charcoal filters which definitely work, but I use the big ones and it's quite expensive to replace them every 6 months or so. If you're willing to shell out $100 for a filter, it should be in your price range and a great option.
