I bought these because I always break my glass wine glasses. And I like to drink on the patio/by the pool so I prefer plastic. I like them, they are durable and look great so I can feel fashionable. While they're definitely plastic, I was hoping they'd feel like real glass or have the weight of real glass, but they don't, and you can tell right away (no need to strum them) that they do at all don't look like glass in your hands. (ultra light). Then again, that's why I bought it, so I can't complain. Would recommend for the clumsy who want to feel fashionable without fear of broken glass!
