This phone has NOT worked since I unboxed it. I spoke to Amazon customer service and they referred me to LG customer service. What a joke! I spent hours trying to get a return authorization for repairs and because I couldn't pass the "Purchase Confirmation" the auto reply did NOT work. I've tried calling LG support multiple times but to no avail. In all the years I've shopped at AMAZON, this is, in my opinion, the first (FIRST and WORST) bad review I've ever given any of their suppliers. Unless they actually call me back or send me a return letter for repairs, I will NEVER buy an LG phone.
