I bought these to replace the handles on the bag I carry my dog in. Good rating so I got two. It's terrible. The shoulder pads often slip, and the length you shorten or lengthen the strap to takes about 30 minutes. They slowly wear down to the longest setting and it's so annoying. I bought it so I can lengthen the straps if needed and it's nice. But if I want them to be shorter, the bag doesn't stay that long. Notably I carry a 5.5 lb dog with me so he's not that heavy, most laptops don't weigh much less than him. longest setup all or most of the time. In this case, there is little to complain about, except that the shoulder pad also slips off.
