Because it sits on your ears and the plastic earbuds don't fit, you have to press down on the earbuds while everything moves on your head and ears. For comfort reasons, Bose wireless headphones are better. The illustrated instructions for adjusting the volume were confusing - I had to consult an online manual to understand the difference between fast forward and louder volume - slide and release normally, or slide and hold for 2 seconds to fast forward to the next song.
