This is a review: KUFUNG Silicone Pastry Brush, Heat Resistant Pastry Brush with Wooden Handle, Finally a pastry brush that can be washed and cleaned in between. To try it out, I used this pastry brush as a pastry brush to brush melted butter onto cookies. I like it. I especially like that it can be cleaned. I've always been suspicious of baking/baking brushes because the bristles always showed signs of wear. I've never gotten them really clean. This silicone brush solves this problem. It worked just as well as the bristly one. I love the contrast of the dark gray silicone with the solid wood handle. The grip is smooth as it has no roughness. The silicone adheres well to the handle and looks good. This pastry brush is a complement to other utensils with silicone and wooden handles from the same manufacturer.
