Review on Unisearch by Andre Belitz

I like that it's easy to use, has many options for searching/filtering content (or not), is fast enought even at high volumes of data points being searched over time - just make sure you have some good SSDs! If your workload doesn't require multiple cores or large amounts memory then this product will work well with lower capacity servers as they're cheap these days too!! You can search very quickly across all columns in an Excel sheet which saves lotsa times when looking up something specific from years ago etc..
