Works exactly as described
I have a 1971 deck over a trailer with factory spindle spacers that also serve as a sealing surface. When I bought a used trailer, a spacer was burned. I couldn't find this part but I did find Speedi sleeves. Saved me a lot of trouble. Simply installed and the hub sealed as intended.
