Fantastic all in one paint for the family or home office! We've been using it for 8 months now and every feature we've used has been flawless (don't use wifi or fax). No jams or misfeeds, and he saw hundreds of pages of Avery labels (expensive bought ones recommended for laser printers), hundreds of pages of very heavy cardstock (loaded in the side tray), and thousands of double-sided pages on 8.5 x 11 plain paper . Scanning works great and the large color touchscreen is VERY easy to use for all family members. Pros: Fast printing, amazing duplex color scanner (that emails PDFs to yourself or others), low cost per page for consumables, very solid build quality (much better build quality than typical "home" printers), and all-in -Ones) Cons: It's huge (at home or even in a home office); The built-in stapler is just an electric stapler on the front of the printer (I didn't read the fine print and figured turning the stapler on meant it would sort and staple documents like our big Canon printer does at work); Color quality is pretty good for a laser printer, but it does seem to print a little darker than our Epson photo inkjet. Miscellaneous: We paid back less than 1500 on January 17th and I'm not sure we would have chosen the same option. at original price (now over $2,000)
