I've been using Bioelements Flash Foam for about a year and I'm happy with the results. One bottle lasts me 4 1/2 months (I always write the start date on my clothes so I know how long it lasts). You really only need 1 pump (sometimes I do 2 for extra cleansing) and I wash my face twice a day (at night I use makeup remover first and then wash my face). I haven't had as many problems with my oily skin as in the past, now I use one oil absorbing sheet, sometimes two, a day instead of the six and seven sheets I used to use. And I haven't had a rash for a long time. I originally started with a sensitive skin cleanser which I have but then switched to a foam cleanser because I wanted to try it and haven't had any sensitivity issues. I only wish Bioelements had a line of cosmetics, I think they could come up with something good! I like all Bioelements products. It's best to start with travel sizes when you're not sure which cleanser, toner and moisturizer you need - beauty products try and fail. And regular size products last a long time, so worth the price!
