I think it's an excellent tool for decision makers in your organization who want more transparency, so they can make decisions even if other factors aren't available at this time - such as budget constraints or resource availability (if you're using them). There were some things we wanted but couldn’t get until several months later because there was not enough demand! We have solved all of our project management needs since then though by hiring additional internal resources via contractors/freelancers etc., which is quite affordable now compared to what alternatives like Asana would cost us when first looking into these tools about 2 years ago.
