Its pros: Great cooler! Immediately after the purchase and installation, I ran into a problem that the speed below 1600 was not regulated, the coolers simply turned off. The problem was solved after entering the BIOS and switching control from DC to PWM (not for nothing the 4th pin on them =)). After switching to PWM, the revolutions are regulated in the range of 400-2900, which is very convenient. You can use the software to adjust the temperature / speed dependence for comfortable use. I put 2 pieces to blow through the case, the flow is enough at 1600 rpm with a high system load. Has cons: There is only one drawback - it is not written in bold red letters on the box that you need to switch to PWM control!
