Bought 4 sets thinking one may be messed up. Nope every single one of these is broken. Who wants a 100 ft strand of lights where only half work or less. This is ridiculous. Seems like a horrible business model too. Ship out complete trash then have to cover the return charges because of broken junk products. Just test them and send out working lights. I took a chance on these. Learned my lesson. I assume they are just shipping out broken ones as soon as they are returned. I see no other reason for all of them to be broken. Seem decently bright but not as bright as higher wattage lights.
