Although they are generally pleasant to look at and to the touch, the chemical smell lingers and after a few days of airing ... I had to give up. I'm afraid the smell will transfer to my bags. Black burn marks on ties are also unsightly. I also tried cotton material (3 pack) from the same seller. They're a more off-white natural color than these but no smell/black spots so I'll stick with them. If you want thicker white bags you can try these, but watch out for the smell and the blackened bits.
