The best part of this product is that you can manage all your customers in one place. You can easily add new leads, follow up on them, send emails to them. It's very easy to use and I liked its UI as well. One thing which I disliked was the price. There are many other options out there which provide similar services at much cheaper prices. So, I would say go for it! This has helped me in keeping track of my customers. I have been able to keep track of their details like their email addresses and phone numbers. Also, I am able to communicate with them through mail and sms.
