I like that it is simple, quick to use with an intuitive interface for creating campaigns or reports in real time via our mobile apps! It was really easy to set up everything we needed - from accounts to billing information and beyond. And being able to send email directly to contacts using their names (as opposed to just emails) makes sense since many of them are not always at desks during working hours but can be reached when they're out having fun, etc. We have been very happy with how well this product integrates into Hubspot's platform so far as you could expect! The only minor thing about the customer service team has been its occasional lag before responding, which sometimes took us by surprise while trying to resolve something quickly. There isn't much to dislike here-it works great and provides excellent value.
