Review on Rustic Industrial Bar Cart - Haotian FKW56-HG Myra Mobile Kitchen Serving Trolley by Jose Moran

I love this cart! It was hard to put together, as some of the screws either took a long to time to screw by hand. Not having a drill would make assembling this impossible. In the package, was a letter stating an email to write any concerns to. I just tried to email it, but it came back undeliverable. The bottom shelf on the cart won't stay on. I tried to use the 6 screws they gave, but they all instantly stripped the wood and fell out. The bottom shelf is not secured at all. I am not sure how to reach out to this company. I hope they see this and can help remedy this.
