I have only used Dentagenie's teeth whitening strips once and I can already tell a difference. Immediately after using it, my teeth got a little whiter. I didn't know they were that bad. I plan to keep using it for a week and then take a break. They are easy to use. stick to teeth, suck and stick to teeth with tongue and wait about 20 minutes. You can talk if you want, but I think they're better off staying if you don't. Whatever gel is on the strip will become thick and stick to your teeth. You don't realize it until you remove the strips. I rinsed a few times to remove this gel and finally brushed over my teeth with a damp toothbrush. So hard to remove but worth it for a quick teeth whitening experience. The taste is sweet, like mint conditioner, but odorless. I definitely recommend it.
