completely changes the training

I can run twice as long with it, I can even run really fast on the treadmill and it doesn't slosh around like the collars I used before. You can easily tuck it under both shoulder straps and it doesn't even move. Make sure the air vents are facing UP. At first I thought it wasn't going to work, and then I realized the vents were facing down so the air wasn't being blown down my neck and face. Three speeds. I always use high. Great for a hot boat or a day at the beach
