Hanger/Roller is a decent quality tool, especially for lighter use. I'd recommend moving slowly while pulling the paper up and down as it's mostly plastic. The instructions - what little there is - are terrible. They're clearly a bad translation and almost entirely useless (including something about choking gears). The equipment that comes with it is useless as well. The supplied dowels can hardly be tightened. But if you can get some decent, heavy-duty wall anchors from the hardware store and understand the instructions, this is a decent rig for casual use.
