Well, I didn't apply the protective film very well at first. I confess I was a little hasty in getting dressed. But still I thought I could get it right with the instructions. I was wrong. lol. I ended up throwing it away and saying I'd buy another one and be more careful. Well, time has passed from me. I received an email from customer service asking if they could send me another one to try? Also, they directed me to a YouTube link to see what would help me get it on screen. "I sure said why not?" A few days later I received my anti-dew screen protector. I watched the video and took a little time to be careful and well the screen protector looks great! I can't even tell if it's on at the moment! I'm in a well-lit room and I don't see any bubble glare at all! I have completely changed my mind about this product. I also work in customer service, and any company that takes the time to change the way customers think about a product is the hard way. So I'm happy to say: GREAT PRODUCT AND COMPANY.
