I have a different cat carrier and although it is much more compact it is not nearly as comfortable as this one. It has an extra plush pillow inside and an extra storage bag that attaches to the side of the stretcher. You can use handles or a strap that attaches to your shoulder. There are three zipper holes - one on the sides and one on the top. One side is covered with mesh so your pet can see. It is well made and the zippers work perfectly. This is one of my favorite suitcases.
