Review on AmericanTool 6959 IRWIN SEPTLS5856959 Hexagon by Richard Payne

There were no problems with the product but the problem was the time it took to receive it and the lack of communication. I purchased an item and my credit card was charged immediately. I waited and waited for the goods and nothing. No news from anyone about the delay. Finally, I emailed the company that was supposed to ship the item and they informed me that the item was on hold for a few weeks. If I hadn't contacted them I would NEVER know the status.
