Very often loses signal. Decent screen if it actually works. But that's rare. Bad support.

Very disappointed with this screen and support. I would advise you to look at other options. Here's the breakdown. The screen is pretty heavy. Battery performance is average, but far from what is advertised. The touchscreen is reasonably responsive, but the menus are unwieldy. You really have to use the buttons when browsing the menu as the touchscreen isn't precise enough. BUT it doesn't matter as the screen loses signal after almost every shot. I would use it to focus, take a picture or record a video and the screen loses signal. Sometimes it comes back after a few more shots, but usually it doesn't. I have tried 3 different cameras and 2 different cables and the problem persists. I tried all available output and input settings. I've used several field monitors over the years and while this one has a pretty good screen, it doesn't matter when the signal drops. Filming is pointless. About support. I contacted the seller through Revain. They called me back a few days later and asked the expected questions about the issue. Then they asked for photos. I sent them. Then they asked for a video. I sent it. They called me back 5 days later and asked for another video. Now they are silent. I would advise you to go to another company if you need a field monitor.
