I bought this apron to use as a BBQ apron. I'm not a chef or grill master, I'm a maker by trade, so the convenience and durability of the equipment is not only important, it's been tried and tested throughout my career. I appreciate this denim apron and its pockets. I can hang a towel on my waist strap in the kitchen or a pair of tongs. I can put scales and cell phones in my front pockets along with other things. Thanks to the cross and buckle on the back, it also sits at just the right height and doesn't sag or need constant adjustment. I wore it while cooking for 4 hours on a Saturday and never thought about it except where I put things last now that I have bags. Also, I couldn't make a hipster apron with a man bun. It looks good and I don't feel like I need long sleeve tattoos on my arm or flared earlobes and a handlebar mustache.
