If you want to keep your coffee fresh get this tin. The can looks chic, doesn't let air in and, most importantly, keeps the coffee fresh. I buy 8oz to 16oz of Blue Bottle beans each week (I especially appreciate the freshness of my coffee) and this container keeps them fresh all week. This device is also recommended by Seattle Coffee Gear, which validated my purchasing decision. I've seen a few negative reviews stating that Airscape removed the valve at the top, but as Seattle Coffee Gear pointed out, the value was aesthetic and served no functional purpose. Additional Notes: - The container is smaller than expected. 64 fl oz holds 16 oz of coffee beans. Stylish design goes well with my other coffee gadgets. Easy to use, just put the grains in the canister, press the black cap (this pushes the air out) and close the transparent cap.
