Update: This little gadget is amazing!

Update: OK, this thing is great! Don't let your hair grow too long and you will be surprised! It's smooth, it's fast and I haven't had any irritation yet. The first review I posted was that I have too long hair (it's no better with long hair) but every day or two this thing gets the job done... the battery life is great too, isn't it. need to be recharged as often. I have already used it 4 times without charging. I shave with shaving foam, that's the best way for me... smooth! Also, just like my first review...how to clean it...very easy once you get the hang of it! I can't go back to my old way of shaving...this is the new standard. It's not bad...but it's not great either! He's struggling to get hair on his head near his ears... You can see it in the photo. Also... I went ahead and used the device to shave half my head and then wanted to see how much hair my razor could pick up with one blade. You can see it in the sink photo...that's quite a lot of hair for my shaver to pick up.1. My hair was a little long when I used this shaver so it may have had an impact.2. The second half of the head I rubbed with shaving cream, maybe a little better than the first half which I dry shaved (but I still had to tint that side of the head with my original single blade razor)3. I felt a little irritation at the back of my head on the dry side...which is odd because it doesn't cut as close as a razor.4. Cleaning... takes some getting used to. The blade housings open so they can be rinsed... but they're never completely clean, so how do you dry them?5. This is definitely not a one pass haircut...you will go over the same spot multiple times...it makes me nervous because it may cause irritation or bumps. Conclusion: Not bad, but not outstanding either. If I have to use my razor to go back to what I just cut... what's the point, right? If brushing takes more effort than my razor, what's the point? ...it's a bit of a headache, but I'll have to see how it looks with the hair a little long instead of as long as the first try.
