I like this product. I love to cook for company and the Dash Digital Sous Vide takes the worry out of cooking a steak to perfection. I tried a very thick strip steak and filet. No more cutting meat to check doneness. The steaks were medium rare, as I ordered, and very tender and tasty. The whole process is chosen from your hands, except for the very quick roasting just before serving. Another nice feature - the steak can be marinated a few hours before serving - the temperature will definitely be maintained. I highly recommend this product.
