Review on Hunter Haskell Low Profile Ceiling Fan with LED Light and Pull Chain Control, 42 Inches, Brushed Nickel by Raquel Perkins

I bought this fan for the bedroom in my house. This is the second fan of this type that I have bought this year. As you can see in pictures 2 and 3, the black plastic lamp housing is rubbed by the fan speed control loop. Over time this will fail as the plastic gets cut through and who knows what will happen then. I bought the same fan for a dust bag about 6 months ago and the gap was ok because the black lamp housing was smaller as Hunter was a smaller size. Type of lamp and housing as shown in Figure 1.
