This will have little more buoyancy than your more expensive wetsuits, but for the occasional sport diver you can't go wrong. I followed other feedback regarding size; therefore, ordered one size larger and it fit like a glove and worked great. I found the buoyancy a little more than my prior body glove wetsuit, but wasn't in the market to spend $300.Regarding quality, this is well made and after 18 dives shows no signs of use. I suspect it will last about 10 years without issue until the neoprene starts to compress and loose its ability to hold warmth.
