Once again the eufy/anker team made me a happy customer! Always fantastic support from these guys so I keep coming back! Thanks again! There are no problems with the new block. Very happy with the purchase and customer service 😁 Love the size and how easy it is to charge and clean this vacuum. I can't guarantee durability, I usually don't use it for more than 5-10 minutes. My problem is the design. The device has a ventilation opening on the side, so if you tilt the vacuum cleaner even a little bit, it will blow everything around. It has to be almost straight up and down to be useful. I think a simple extractor fan (a small piece of plastic to vent the air would make this a perfect vacuum). While it wouldn't be as slick, it would improve functionality. I am a true Anker fan and know they have fantastic customer service which is why I bought this vacuum. The suction is pretty good so I plan on keeping it, just be careful with the angle you choose for the vacuum.
