A good alternative to the Sansaire frying set

Believe it or not I bought this to brown the crust of sous vide steaks, not for shrink tubing. The burner itself is the same as in the Sansaire frying set, only with the Bernzomatic logo and without the raised broiler. Since I didn't care about the former and didn't need the latter, I decided to buy it for a lot less than the Sansaire set. a few minutes. Plus, it has the "cool factor" of ending your meal with a "flamethrower." For those unfamiliar with sous vide, this is a method of cooking (usually steaks and other meats) in which food is sealed in a bag and placed in a tightly controlled temperature water bath for a period of time. So a medium-rare steak sits in a water bath for two or more hours. At this point, the steak is perfectly cooked to Medium Rare. However, the outside still looks raw. Queue the BZ4500HS. The end result is a nice, restaurant-quality steak without the restaurant prices. I'd recommend this burner to anyone looking to improve their cooking skills and it's probably good for shrinking too.
