I bought this because I switched to a plant-based diet and read that EAAs are recommended because your diet may be deficient in those amino acids that you used to get from meat-based proteins. I took 5/day before training. A few days or a week later I got a rash on both hands and eyelids. I wasn't officially diagnosed by the doctor, that's my own conclusion after doing some research. It was the only new thing that changed. The plant-based foods I ate were with me before, so I don't think they could have caused my symptoms. Basically, I'm writing this so that others can be informed and do their own research before purchasing this or any other supplement.
