I live out of this bag. As a full-time IT professional, I often have to carry around more than a laptop, various PCs and networking tools, a tablet, and various cables. Also, I'm a disabled vet with serious health issues, so this bag doubles as a mobile dispensary with all my medication. It has been faithfully standing next to me for two years, always full to bursting. My car died yesterday. So I bought a new one. On the way to pickup, the only vehicle available was my daughter's tiny S-10 truck, which she had just inherited from her grandmother. She can't drive S10 yet, that's a stick. I put my bag in the back, covered with a cover. When I arrived at my destination, the first thing we noticed was that the tailgate had a lock problem. No bag. This is not good. Turns out I was unlucky. We spent the day traversing the route, filling out reports with the police (who scoffed at the idea of returning my bag), going to the VA for refills on prescriptions, and grumbling about how I would have to replace the computer gear ( some of which was owned by the company, sigh). But alas, my lack of faith in humanity was misplaced. Towards evening a sergeant from the local police called. My bag was found 100% intact with everything in it. The important thing for you, cautious shopper, is this: the bag survived with only a few scratches after being thrown from the back of a truck at a speed of 55 miles per hour. laptop inside? I'm writing a review on it now. The laptop was perfect. I would like to buy another bag like this.
