Expired after 7 months of use. both seams on the large compartment are torn and my things are empty. I have contacted Samsonite and they say it is due to abuse. I do not recommend buying for travel. It can't handle it.

This bag has been used for 5 years. The firmware of the handle began to go 2 years ago. I flashed it back and everything is fine. Eventually he met his fate when the extension handle failed. Lasts longer than any other bag I've used. I wore it strong.

I used it directly at work for 3 weeks, driving it up and down rocky, bumpy city streets, some of which were in the rain. It can't be expanded like I thought, but it's roomy enough for my work needs. It has many compartments for storing different things. I haven't had any issues with the wheels, zippers, or the handle (although the handle on this bag seems less durable). It worked well in light rain but I'm not sure I'd risk it in heavier rain. All in all it's been a pretty reliable bag so far.

This is my first carry-on and I love it. I was just tired of lugging my hand luggage from the farthest gate to the exit so I bought this. My previous bag was also Samsonite and I really like it. But I don't like carrying it around the airport. It's well built and well designed with multiple pockets to keep everything in order. Got a great deal on Prime Day. Needed a good business bag for work and this is perfect. Plenty of space for work materials and files and a good compartment for storing travel clothes or anything you really need. Excellent bag. Very durable, well made and rolls very smoothly.
