Where's the reflex?

The harness should be reflective in the dark. When he first showed up here, I noticed him. But then, on the third use, I didn't see it again. This harness is also very large for a kitten and I ordered XS. Although it's pretty durable. My cat is fine with it. Bringing it back is too cumbersome, so I'll just use it until she outgrows him.
