Dishwashing detergent has one effect: it acts as a surfactant, loosening grease and removing dirt. This particular product does no good. It doesn't lather well and requires additional washing to remove grease and food particles from kitchen utensils and utensils. I don't understand the positive reviews from other reviewers, but it may have to do with a specific formula that was on sale in Spring 2021. My advice is to try another product that is also plant-based and fragrance-free.
